"Terrible service when we actually need it. We have been paying Gary for insurance on our home and many vehicles for over 20 years with very few occasions to contact him or his office for claims or other assistance. Currently we do have a car in process of repai after an accident. It has been in shop for 2 and a half months. We cannot get a firm date for when the car will be finished. We are still paying our premiums while the car sits in the shop with no end date in site. Extremely disappointed in State Farm and our agent."

"run dont walk from them. No customer support, everything is through the app, tried to cancel immediately and took searching to find the phone number and 4 unsuccessful calls to finally reach customer service to be told they would have to charge me something and would take up to 5 days to refund my monthly payment which was 250% of Progressive rates for same exact coverage. Highly recommend anyone else, heck give $20 to the neighbor kid is better insurance coverage than these guys."
